Università di Scienze Gastronomiche

The University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo was founded and promoted in 2004 by the international Slow Food association. Over the years, the university has become a reference point for new professionals and gastronomes who want to have a deep understanding of food and its role in society.
Wilden, founded by a former student of UniSG, is a proud supporting member of the “Friends of the University of Gastronomic Sciences” association.
