Cacao Disidente works side by side with producers from various regions of Colombia to build solid relationships and to exchange ideas and knowledge around a single purpose: to co-create aromatic cocoa of the highest quality.
Based on an in-depth sensorial and taxonomic study of cocoa, Disidente is able to select and process the best raw materials available, to obtain a unique experience of high quality chocolate starting from aromatic cocoa.
